Wrote Board of Immigration Appeals briefs and motions to reopen asylum cases. Researched smaller immigration issues for attorneys on a daily basis, including equitable tolling of statutory deadlines and whether certain offenses are considered crimes involving moral turpitude. Observed master calendar and individual hearings at the Boston Immigration Court.
