Responsible for ensuring that customer/agent inquiries are resolved at the first point of contact unlessspecialist knowledge or further investigation is required. Doing this by using judgment andtaking decisions within established procedures for each inquiry. Assistant to roadside manager.•Identifying problems for customers who need roadside service. Identifying problems for agents who need guidance to assist the customer via the Twilio chat program•Selecting and dispatching appropriate repair services to assist customers•Adding essential documentation to contracts benefits administration / benefits plans•Handling and determining a resolution to escalated calls/adherence reports•Walking customers through mechanical complications over the phone•Reasoning and decision-making skills to properly address customer needs•Compose detailed documentation of events using the customer’s verbiage to ensuretheir concerns are addressed accordingly•Communication with U-Haul associated service providers and reporting personnel•Use general knowledge of mechanical and automotive•Other duties as assigned
