Notably, I spearheaded the implementation of the nation’s first health plan to provide public cost transparency, earning recognition in major publications.Subsequently, I transitioned to a role focused on process improvement, where I identified data gaps, reported billing inefficiencies, and delivered digital program initiatives. I led efforts to complete program requirements, resolve defects, and facilitate seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.
