Oversee the product lifecyle of all products within three specified business units of WorldStrides as well as direct the customer success, operations, strategic planning, marketing and sales strategy of the ISA international internship programs.

Drove growth through development of innovative sales, marketing, and operations strategies for suite of products including Asia-Pacific programs as well as international internship programs worldwide. This included projections and management of demand and retention of enrollments, product lifecycle and development, strategic partnership development, and client relationship management at various times. Additionally, I provided direct oversight of operations and customer experience in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji including management of all aspects of foreign entities including staffing, financial, legal, tax, annual planning, and employment requirements. Built an incredible team of more than 30 dispersed members while also working collaboratively in a matrixed environment to achieve results. As a member of the senior management team, I also supported the financial planning and analysis for 30 foreign entities through budgeting for all in-country costs and working with the FP&A team for monthly and quarterly analysis.
