The world we are preparing students for is changing. After graduation, students will be asked to collaborate, create, design and problem-solve more than ever before. And because the world is changing, the learning experience of students must evolve as well. We offer a Design Thinking Learning Journey for grades 6-12 that lead students through a Design Thinking process. As a result of their experience, students are better able to work together to harness their creativity, critical thinking skills and knowledge of STEM fundamentals -- setting them up to be successful in the future.

Program Manager for the Ready for Kindergarten (R4K) Ecosystem Mapping Project. Using a Design Thinking approach and in cooperation with the Early Learning Multnomah Hub, this project is intended to identify opportunities for breakthrough changes in the R4K system - so that every child in Multnomah County is prepared to succeed in school and life, regardless of race, ethnicity, or class.
