As a co-founder and managing director of Sunidee, I gained managerial experience, oversaw hundreds of innovation projects, and worked on innovation with strategic accounts in both B2C and B2B markets.Sunidee promoted innovation and doing new things. Being an innovation agency, we owed it to ourselves to regularly reinvent ourselves. After 8 years we became a franchise organisation, pioneering a new business model. After another 8 years, it was time to reinvent ourselves again. We defined a new positioning, refreshed our logo and designed an amazing new website. We also looked back and summed up all lessons learned… and this is when we realised that continuing what we were doing was following the path of least resistance. Perhaps we needed to be bolder. Be braver. So, exactly 16 years after starting Sunidee, we decided it was time to start new things. Not because we had to, but because we wanted to.
