Contracted to lead the installation, training, media relations, budget, and operations for the traveling "Beyond Van Gogh" Omaha exhibit. The exhibit is a nationally renowned immersive art exhibit showing 300 Van Gogh art works and encompasses 30,000 square feet. Truly a unique art experience.

For 10 years served as the Executive Director to lead the efforts of this newly-formed collective impact organization. Worked in close partnership with the City of Omaha, the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, local School Districts, and dozens of local mentoring agencies & philanthropists, with the primary goal to support and increase quality mentoring activities in Douglas and Sarpy Counties. Provided sector-wide support to mentoring agencies including advocacy, risk management funding, evidence-based training, capacity building, and collectively leveraged the purchasing power for member agencies. Lead and supported a multi-agency data collection process. Furthermore, MENTOR Nebraska works to support local school district curriculum goals, classroom studies, district strategic goals, and to serve our most vulnerable youth in order to help close achievement gaps.MENTOR Nebraska is a recognized Best Practices Partner through the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands, AND, an Affiliate of MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership

Served as the chief advancement officer overseeing the financial development team, the marketing and communications department, and all health and safety services. This regional level chapter operated on a $3.5 million annual budget.

While serving as Executive Director, the chapter completed a $5 million capital campaign for a new building. Additionally, brought many changes that increased chapter donations and potential for increased future support. Loess Hills Chapter is a Community Chapter with a $850,000 annual budget.

Launched and implemented the first Education Department for the Durham Museum. In this role , provided all programming for 6-8 exhibits per year, and simultaneously worked to support local school district curriculum goals, classroom studies, district strategic goals, and to serve our most vulnerable youth in order to help close achievement gaps• Served as the museum’s spokesperson for local TV, radio, print media and press conferences.• Oversaw the museum’s fundraising events. Served as staff liaison to the fundraising guild.• Helped solicit financial support for museum exhibits and marketing needs.• Greatly expanded the museum’s marketing base to include media sponsorships, promotional events, and marketing partnerships. • Created many of the museum’s largest public and fundraising events; most are now annual offerings. • Responsible for all financial accounting and budgets for marketing efforts. Planned and implemented all of the museum’s long term and short term marketing strategies.• Created non-traditional, cooperative relationships with outside organizations that increased the museum’s marketing efforts and assisted in carrying out our mission. Supported museum fundraising efforts by soliciting donations for marketing efforts and all museum events. • Oversaw the production and development of all radio, television, print advertising and PowerPoint presentations. Wrote all advertising copy and news releases, and created initial art layouts for print advertising.• Responsible for growing the department from a single staff person with an annual revenue base of $4,000 a year to six full-time and five part-time employees with a revenue growth of $200,000+ annually.• Managed and administrated all of the museum’s public programs. Provided overall supervision and coordination of all related activities including media relations, marketing, budget planning, grant writing and short/long term planning.
