Deborah is a retired partner with the Assurance Practice of PwC Singapore. She was also International Team Leader in the Global Assurance Quality Inspections Group. Prior to this appointment, She was a member of the firm’s Leadership Team and the Risk & Quality Leader. She was previously the firm’s Human Capital Leader.Deborah has more than 30 years of public accounting experience and provides audit andadvisory services to some of the firm's largest clients. Deborah understands audit from the perspective of an auditor as well as member of the Audit Committee. She currently chairs the Audit and Risk Committee of SkillsFutures Singapore , Workforce Singapore and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine Governing Board at Nanyang Technological University.She was previously the Deputy Chairperson Ngee Ann Polytechnic Council. Deborah graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy ( Hons) . She was board member of CPA Australia and was previously the president of its Singapore Division.
