It includes much more.✅ WHY I BECAME A WELLNESS COACH For more than 15 years, I was a personal trainer, and I helped my clients reach their fitness goals through a variety of exercise regiments and healthy eating choices. Many were successful and led a healthy, well-balanced life. Others faltered. But it’s not because they couldn’t complete the exercises or didn’t understand the nutritional science. Their life lacked balance in another area, a dimension that became a barrier to their physical health. In order to make a greater impact on my clients’ health, I needed to focus on their total wellness. ✅ HOW I WORK WITH MY CLIENTSYou don’t need superhuman willpower to transform your health and your life. You simply need a sidekick to help. That’s my job—keeping you accountable when you want to give up and pointing you in the right direction again.In partnership with my clients, I develop personalized strategies to achieve their wellness goals.
