As an author, trainer, business consultant, coach, and public speaker, Dr. Deb works with individuals with disabilities, women, minorities, veterans, and youth at-risk of dropping out of high school, as well as public workforce and entrepreneurial assistance agencies.She created the first-ever online small business resource community (BUZGate.org) resulting in facilitating over 1.5 million connections each month between public and government small business assistance agencies and entrepreneurs across the U.S. This work led to pilot testing and validating an entrepreneurial development technique that proved that anyone - regardless of education, race, and socioeconomic background - has the capacity to attain success in a vocation. Her books, consulting, and coaching contributions have helped hundreds of thousands of individuals of all ages to start, grow, and succeed in business. Her public speaking activities have inspired more than 2.5 million people globally through over 350 presentations, workshops, and radio programs.
