I oversee all aspects of Training and Development across all 26 of our properties. I am responsible for aligning these functions across our brand and developing industry best practice in each area. Coordinating training, onboarding, leadership development, employee engagement, employee recognition, and Guest service development and delivery at the corporate level to ensure these programs are successful at each individual property.

I am responsible for all aspects of learning and development at Grand Sierra Resort, the premiere hospitality and gaming resort in Northern Nevada. I am responsible for developing our leadership talent; identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing potential. I am also responsible for designing experiences aligned with our core values that drive the highest levels of employee engagement, Guest engagement and performance excellence.

I was responsible for creating and delivering training; to include New Hire Orientation and onboarding, as well as customer service based training.

I was responsible for managing client gift programs; actively brining on new clients; managing a small team to assemble and deliver client gifts.

I supervised dealers in the Table Games department at the Sky City property in Auckland, New Zealand. I worked as a Table Games dealer at Harrah's Tahoe, and Harrah's Tunica.
