Ensuring that all clients have a first-class experience at every interaction. The Client Services Team is responsible for supporting clients of our commodity product lines. Engagement with clients take place via phone, chat, email, social or other means. Client Services is the voice of the customer and an advocate for resolving any client issue. Resolving issues may involve managing or modifying data across multiple systems including our CRM (Salesforce), Finance and various fulfillment systems. The Client Services Team support our clients through a number of integrations and transitions which are ongoing within the business. The team also have a strong focus on understanding and supporting the order to cash process.

Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform; Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities; Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms; Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates platform policies.

Organize and manage issue reports received from global clients. Communicate with customers via chat and emails regarding technical matters (bugs, etc). Maintain open communication with the Product team to keep up with resolution process. Constantly learn about the InEvent platform updates to ensure technical support coherence. Support Fortune 500 companies continuous usage of InEvent product.

Work and discuss strategies together with InEvent c-level suite. Meet and support Fortune 500 companies continuous usage of InEvent product. Create scalable processes to serve customer segments as effectively and quickly as possible. Work in partnership with InEvent marketing and product areas. Give constant feedbacks to product development and increase CSAT and NPS.
