DEBORAH MURPHY has served as evangelist, counselor, teacher, missionary and servant leader for the past seven years through organized non-profit affiliations with Brand New Life Christian Center, USA, Brand New Life Church of God Jamaica, Kingston WI and Teen Challenge Training Center, Rehrersberg, Pa and Philadelphia Pa. Murphy has continued to support the recovery from substance abuse and life controlling issues of adult men and women through Biblical teaching and Christian practices in residential treatment and her local community. Travelling abroad she has developed a passion to encourage education for the youth in impoverished third world conditions. Her research interests include: literacy issues of adults in the recovery process and systems and strategic planning for non-profit organizations. Her recent matriculation and completion of Masters of Human Services at Lincoln University Pennsylvania has prompted her to continue personal and academic development as a doctoral candidate in organizational leadership and change. Disciplined in the Christian faith she continues her spiritual growth and development under the apostolic leadership and organized ministerial training as a licensed evangelist and global missionary liaison. Presently she is engaged in developing a pilot program for church administration for an existing church. The purpose is to bring administration into a systemic organization of business to meet the social service needs of their parishioners. The success of this project will be utilized as a framework for new churches that are being planted locally and internationally from the existing church. Deborah is committed to gladly serve others wholeheartedly with the purpose of continually seeking direction in areas of leadership training for the edification of family, community and self.
