Deborah Santee joined the CWS Housing team in 2021. Her expertise in operations, sales and account management are a integral addition to CWSs focus and strategy for continuing growth in the Florida market.Deborah’s career has spanned over 30 years of sales and client service to include Key Account Management & Business Development for ABODA, CORT Furniture and FOR RENT Magazine where she received national and more recently, global awards for her productivity. She believes her success in large part is due to her philosophy of “make the customer relationship the first priority and the sal/account growth will come naturally”.“What I find most rewarding about working in the global mobility space, is the opportunity to impact the experience for a transferee in such a meaningful way. At CWS Housing, we understand that our suites are more than simply a furnished apartment but a place that our guests temporarily live their lives and we are humbled by that fact”. Mrs. Santee is active in the corporate housing and relocation industries; having served on the CHPA’s (Corporate Housing Providers Association) annual education conference committee as well as serving on the Board of Puget Sound Relocation Council (PSRC), formally PNwRC (Pacific NW Relocation Council), as the Social Responsibility Committee Chairperson, By-Laws Chairperson and currently, Secretary. During her tenure as Social Responsibility Chairperson, she was responsible for several charitable endeavors including the planning and execution of a Charity Golf Tournament; proceeds are shared between the American Cancer Society and Hope Place (Seattle based shelter for women and children)“Only a life lived in the service of others is worth living” Albert Einstein
