Led full product development lifecycle, commercialization, B2B sales, marketing, licensing, and customer success.Product manager for the Office of Educational Assessment's proprietary web-based software application to support exam registration, scheduling and test record management. Also managed additional assessment services including student testing and large scale data processing.

Executive leader for nonprofit transitional housing organization serving families impacted by homelessness and domestic violence. Developed new programs and partnerships, including the Family Permanency Project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Building Changes program, resulting in a 300% increase in agency housing units.

Provided financial and operational administration for the Institute for Public Policy and Management, Fiscal Policy Center and the Center on Reinventing Public Education. Financial management of state operating funds, grants, and contracts averaging $2.5M annually. Managed personnel & payroll operations for a team of 30 faculty, staff, and student employees.
