Workplace Design: Set the design directive so spaces align with the workplace strategy. Collaborated with end users, and internal service providers such as IT, A/V, security and facilities to ensure proper programming and design implementation. Engaged with business partners to ensure communications, branding and wayfinding are in alignment as it relates to the workspace. Project Management: Directed, managed and delivered multiple interior design projects from programming, design development, construction through contract administration to move-in. Capacity & Occupancy Planning: Interfaced with HR, Recruiting, Finance and Site Leads to collect and ensure correct data usage of headcount, attrition and growth. Tracked and reported projected versus actual seat counts, reported the current monthly supply and demand, and generated forecasting charts based on growth projections for future space requirements. Change Management: Ensure Business Partner and Leadership Teams understand cultural and behavioral impacts that arise from the implementation of driven real estate initiatives and workplace projects. Develop tools and educational material to help the employee transition to new ways of working. Oversees the quality and tone of communications relating to the evolution and day-to-day workplace projects, relocations and renovations.
