As Deloitte’s Workplace Experience and Design Manager, my role is to develop, evolve, and drive research and data driven transformation for Deloitte’s Workplace Strategy and Future of Workplace initiatives throughout Deloitte’s portfolio through a future focused lens, driving creativity, innovation and workplace solutions and experiences that exceed the expectations and needs of Deloitte’s people, clients, and greater community. Cultivating meaningful and connected relationships with leadership, internal partners, and external consultants.

Workplace Strategy: Directed and managed the space and design needs for Audible’s Newark Campus & Global Facilities. Partnering with end-users to drive innovative workplace solutions making sure they support the organizational goals and objectives, expresses the culture & brand, maximizes real estate efficiencies, improve the employee’s experience, productivity & collaboration while attracting the best talent for the business. Workplace Design: Set the design directive so spaces align with the workplace strategy. Collaborated with end users, and internal service providers such as IT, A/V, security and facilities to ensure proper programming and design implementation. Engaged with business partners to ensure communications, branding and wayfinding are in alignment as it relates to the workspace. Project Management: Directed, managed and delivered multiple interior design projects from programming, design development, construction through contract administration to move-in. Developed schedules, budgets as well as vendor and consultant selection. Negotiated proposals, contracts and fees staying within budget and delivery projects on time. Capacity & Occupancy Planning: Interfaced with HR, Recruiting, Finance and Site Leads to collect and ensure correct data usage of headcount, attrition and growth. Tracked and reported projected versus actual seat counts, reported the current monthly supply and demand, and generated forecasting charts based on growth projections for future space requirements. Change Management: Ensure Business Partner and Leadership Teams understand cultural and behavioral impacts that arise from the implementation of driven real estate initiatives and workplace projects. Develop tools and educational material to help the employee transition to new ways of working. Oversees the quality and tone of communications relating to the evolution and day-to-day workplace projects, relocations and renovations.

Engaged with a wide array of top performing companies to gain and understand the business objectives, assess how the current workplace is performing and understand the culture, core values and vision. Collaborated with HR, IT, Facilities and Real Estate teams to define, develop and implement new workplace strategies through visioning and ideation, user engagement and dialogue, programming, space standards and guidelines, industry benchmarking, space planning and design. Led a team of over 10 designers, architects, engineers and consultants. Directed and executed all phases of the design process including programming, creating block and stack diagrams, schematic design, design development, presentation drawings, code review, architectural details and construction documents as well as the selection and specifications of architectural finishes and furniture. Lead role in business development, client presentations, proposals for new business and promotion of the firm through public relations, networking, and business development.

Responsible for establishing and executing the overall workplace and design concepts for a high-end boutique design firm with a focus on start-up tech companies during the dot.com era.

Collaborated with Pfizer's senior corporate real estate executives to implement new "workplace initiative design standards" in response to the changing culture & needs for a new 1.3 million sf Global Development Facility for the pharmaceutical and research division.

Responsible for national & international accounts preparing workplace studies and space inventory comparisons for numerous offices within their portfolio.
