As the Chief of Staff, I work with my peers in the Executive Committee to manage our ever-changing business and plan for growth. Tactically, I am responsible for managing our client and vendor contracting process and our outside legal teams. I also support our Chief Sales Officer and Sales team by providing Sales Operations coordination and process improvement that frees them up to be successful at their jobs. Every day is different and challenges me to use technical, interpersonal and organizational skills and to solve the puzzles that are presented.I am an unashamed Excel Nerd! Have you heard of X-Lookups? I have been a lifelong, self-taught techie for many years. I'm not afraid to poke around in new systems and platforms to figure out what features are available, or test and Undo as often as needed to learn how something works. My passion in life is serving others and building relationships professionally and in the community. As the mother and wife of a child and husband with Autism, and as person who navigates life with mobility difficulties, I am an advocate for accessibility in all areas of life. Serving with and for the North Texas Performing Arts Starcatchers Troupe (a therapeutic arts program for individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical and other disabilities) is my favorite way to spend time when I'm not serving my coworkers and clients.NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS➢ Played key role in assisting owners through the transition from one Executive team to new Executive team. Served all levels of new Executive team from CEO to SVP. Launched cohesive Administrative Team within company to provide collaborative support to better meet company needs and goals.➢ Launched Women's Inspiration & Networking professional organization focused on professional development, networking and community outreach.➢ Accomplished grant writer and trainer for Junior League of Collin County. Provided leadership for committee responsible for getting grants for the organization and training women on grant research and writing skills. Personally wrote eight applications with a 75% success rate in 3 years.I'm happy to connect with fellow Chiefs of Staff, Administrative Professionals and those interested in learning more about the career and benefits of engaging or transitioning to the COS role or becoming a stellar Executive Assistant.
