My expertise and passion are to encourage and develop the skills for growth and measurable success in those around me. I enjoyed training my affiliates' sales and retention staff, as well as developing the skills of my own sales team's Account Managers and Point of Sale Managers. I love the creative process of developing and customizing training presentations for new and current employees, as well as summer interns.Before working in corporate America, I was a captain in the legendary "power lunch" Grill Room at the landmark New York City restaurant, The Four Seasons. It was a great place to work, and a powerful lesson in how to help anyone grow from insecurity to comfort with fine dining.
