Deborah “Debbie” Walters is Chief Executive Officer of PohlmanUSA Court Reporting. Debbie joined the agency in 2012. She possesses decades of executive management experience from previous roles as a vice president with General American Life Insurance Company / MetLife, and as a strategic planner with a regional management consulting firm. At PohlmanUSA, Debbie oversees firm operations, including client management, business development, internal/external policies and procedures, strategic planning, human resources and performance management. She advances the vision of PohlmanUSA to be a leader in providing customized, practical and innovative technological solutions to every client while sustaining a reputation for high levels of customer service and excellence in every service offering.She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in organizational administration from Saint Louis University.Debbie is active in the Missouri Court Reporters Association (MCRA), a member of the National Court Reporting Association (NCRA) and serves on the advisory board of the South Technical High School Broadcast Captioning and Court Reporting Program. Debbie is also a member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA). Within the community Debbie is an enthusiastic supporter of the United Way and serves on the advisory council of the ALS Association, St. Louis Chapter.
