At the time the launch of Commander Centre, was a new venture for Commander Australia. The concept of decentralisation of the well known Commander Telephony brand into localised interactive centres was new to Australia and a brave step into the unknown. Come in and try before you tie yourself to technology was point of difference for the brand. My role was to twofold; firstly to oversee and manage the day to day operations of the business, from Field Technicians to the Sales Team & liaise and report to the parent company Commander. We were the first to implement Connectwise as our whole of business tool to manage Technician Deployment right through to Sales proposals and management. The implementation & subsequent database management of ConnectWise enabled me to set up and train others across the country both in person and via remote access. We were also the first to implement in-house an out bounding sales team that enabled us to have the highest external sales statistics in the country based on Commander leads verses In house sales. I was a member of the National Sales Council and developed various sales strategies that were implemented at a national level. I developed Social Media for the Commander Centres and spearheaded numerous campaigns to increase company awareness.I successfully encouraged Commander to implement a nationally accredited training program for all staff to access and further their learning opportunities. This position was a unique opportunity to develop a variety of skills & strategies that are valuable across all businesses & sectors.
