Directing and owning relationships at the highest level within key corporate accounts, my role at BIW was immensely diverse, primarily working in the IT and automotive sectors I helped clients achieve their objectives through considered and well structured business improvement programmes including:- Incentive strategies that dealt with every level of performance or engagement challenge - Large scale technology implementations that improved processes and made efficiencies for the client- Interrogation of data to provide applicable insight and action within hugely complex sales channels- Making reward and recognition recommendations that would drive behaviour in culturally and geographically diverse audiences - Structuring communications strategies that used every media cohesively and effectively- Proposing and working with a delivery team to provide logistically complex impactful events all over the worldTo be successful in this role, I needed to lead and influence others to be the best they could be, manage and apportion multi million pound budgets to the right activity for a client to achieve ROI and be the architect of the right solution for the client.In terms of success, in addition to the key accounts I was responsible for, I led and won significant pitches, achieved BIW’s own Presidents Club 4 times and in 2013 was awarded the prestigious global Presidents Award.
