Freeport Indonesia is located at Java Integrated Industrial Estate (JIIPE) in Gresik, East Java. Its capacity of 2 million tons per year, making this smelter the largest copper processing site in the world. - Prepare, collect, and organize all project documentation, ensuring that documents are systematically archived and easily accessible.- Support Project Manager and project team to create, update, and address issues related to documents and administrative tasks.- Handling documentation both digital and physical documents and images, including contract documents, letters, minutes of meeting, and other project-related materials.- Distribute necessary project documents to relevant teams and stakeholders in a timely manner.- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed, assisting with document-related inquiries and requirements

This includes data employee, absence records, travel request for mobilization and field break.- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.- Coordinate medical check-ups and health-related appointments for employees as needed.- Keeping and maintain record both digital and physical files related to project activities, ensuring that documents are properly copied, saved, and archived.- Handle general office administration tasks, including general services, coordinating office activities, and supporting team members as needed.- Provide monthly LTSC payment status report, BPJS status report with cost engineer team. - Collect the cost-related data requested by the project control manager.- Collaborate and communicate with the procurement and finance teams for database system company.
