I always liked communicating and at university I chose a degree related to this area.I ended up not working on that and jumped at the opportunity to go into the financial area.With 12 years of experience in the banking area, I acquired several skills in the management of costumerportfolios (home and personal loans, credit and debit cards, financial investments and insurance).In 2023, I had an opportunity to change and discovered the Retail Expansion.With this new role, I developed new skills in several support areas such as: validating invoices and payments, managing accounting elements, team schedules, updating the databases of current stores and ongoing projects, process planning and management, presentation and creation of reports.In 2024 I started a new journey at Action Portugal as RE Support Employee what allows me to be part of a company's growth and I am very happy to be part of this project.My main values are: ethics, respect and commitment.My main professional features: teamwork, high organizational skills, focus and proactivity, ability tomanage multi-tasks, attention to details, strong communication skills.
