Led complex three-year radio implementation project that included construction/modification and radio commissioning of ~100 communication towers across four states and two operating companies with program budget responsibility. The construction phase included land acquisition, obtaining FAA/FCC (NEPA/ASR) approvals, and coordinating all aspects of civil and tower construction, upgrading backhaul transport, and 800 MHz radio commissioning. The commissioning phase included IT infrastructure upgrades at all tower sites and at multiple dispatch centers and deploying portable and mobile radios into multiple large fleets of vehicles. Within two months of hire, gained the knowledge necessary to re-plan all aspects of the programs and help streamline engineering, design, construction and field operations processes. Architected new strategies to improve project delivery and financial results. Additional responsibilities include managing multiple related annual projects that are funded separately. The coordination of this additional scope added significant complexities to these already challenging projects.

Chosen to transform a multi-year, multi-site project that included a portfolio of new products. Led a team with over 70 cross-functional members to ensure that technical and business objectives are met. This project had two concurrent development releases in process. Other projects included enhancements to existing products (Analytical and Flow Measurement) in a "Wet Agile" (hybrid waterfall/agile) development environment that includes software, firmware and hardware. Drove quality, technology, and process improvement initiatives for the organization.

Successful Test Engineering Manager that delivered 22 highly complex software development projects in 24 months before transitioning back to a full-time Program Management role in order to drive critical R&D development projects.All projects followed the CMMI methodology using either a Waterfall or Scrum development process. Crafted a successful management model that includes two Project Managers that guide five different test teams utilizing manual and automated test methodologies in a rapidly changing development environment. Charged with developing ongoing process improvement initiatives to empower employees, reduce waste, and meet aggressive organizational objectives. Developed an in-depth 2018 validation test strategy for successor that will increase automated test development and system test execution, and incorporate DevOps capability.

Spearheaded the analysis of current registration workflows and the design of future-state workflows for major implementation project that included seven diverse healthcare organizations. All hospitals and clinics were acquisitions with different registration software and workflows, which required the re-engineering of all processes. Worked closely with senior administrators to gain buy-in and build collaboration/trust to ensure success.
