As an educator and an encourager; a cheerleader and a coach my passion is to connect with people and connect people with each other. I dance on the edge of a coin daily: on one side, staring into the sea of poverty that is rising across the country. On the other side, I see the promise of riches beyond measure, in the faces of the people I coach, in the young entrepreneurial energy that percolates through the Haymarket and beyond, and in the crinkled eyes of baby boomers, who, like me, are exploring a life re-imagined. On the edge of that coin is also the nexus between the Boomers and the Millennials - a starting point for a shared journey. The signpost up ahead says, "Life Begins Right Here, Right Now."​I have been an instructor from the elementary grade level to the college level and beyond for 30+ years.
