Project Management/methodologies styles have included traditional SDLC, waterfall, modified waterfall, Agile, Lean - methodologies and frameworks have had to adapted to meet the needs of the customer, the stakeholders, the company, and the nuances specific to hardware, software, and construction projects. Current focus is Software development and Enterprise Infrastructure support. PMP, PMP-Agile, and PSM II certifications in progress; targeted for 2023 completion.
