Integrate & roll out across the company• Lead end to end projects that involve changing and improving Workforce planning, People and Culture strategy, Talent Optimisation, Recruitment and Operations.• Coaching and enabling managers to effectively deliver successful people management.• Success planning & performance related processes & disciplinary action, including guidance & support for management team though disciplinary procedures.• Provide professional, operational HR advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, awards, employment legislation, and managing change processes.• Develop & coordinating training & webinars• Connecting with managers and staff to drive engagement and performance across the business.• Enhance productivity and effectiveness of HR functions across the organisation.• Driving Talent strategy including talent mapping, workforce planning and succession planning• Participate and/or manage People and Culture Projects to support organisational strategic goals.• Performance management processes and devising staff remuneration, rewards and recognition and wellbeing programs.• Pay reviews in alignment with market trends for similar roles. Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.• Preparing reports as required for management.• Phone screening & coaching of HR & support team.• Monthly newsletter creation & contributions

Responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
