Senior Planning And Policy Development Officer
Current- Provide advise and intelligence on policy, political and strategic priorities for RHSCP and behalf of parents organisations (Local Government and Health Board) through implementation of Scottish Government policy, legislation, regulation and guidance- Develop integrated legal and policy positions, briefing, reports and proposed solutions for complex regulatory and policy issues for health and social care (through a wider system lens)- Draft reports and materials for Renfrewshire Integration Joint Board, other HSCP governance committees (including parent organisations) and submissions to Scottish Government, drawing on a deep understanding of the whole system health and social care system and machinery of Scottish Parliament/Governments- Project delivery for HSCP and parent organisations. Foer example, : (a) part of a small core 4 member project team responsible for designing, developing and successful delivering the NHSGGC's first Primary Care Strategy 2024 - 2029 (Aug 2022 and Mar 2024) with lead responsibility for a number of workstreams and input into all others e.g. management, governance, strategy development, communication and engagement and equalities (b) Member of NHSGGS Quality Strategy Design and Development Group responsible for delivering and implementing the new NHSGGC Quality Strategy 2024 - 2029 and planning/delivering associated engagement and consultation activity
