International Drive, Orlando Florida

Breakfast & Lunch server, then Supervisor, transferred to banquet dept for Red Coat position under Dir Banquet Operations Bill Burns. Meet & Greeted and checked on each group's functions, assisted clients with additional errands as needed, Oversaw functions daily first thing in the morning and throughout the day, to ensure customer satisfaction. That was a fun job! Great team!

General Manager Fred Corso, put GM on a diet at his request, lost over 50lbs. He said I saved his life, one of my proudest accomplishments. Was sent on task force twice to Sheraton park Avenue to assist when short handed.
