About Debra Adkins

I've been a teacher for 40 years and now am happily retired. I stay busy by subbing a couple of days per week and by selling my art pieces through a shop in Vienna, VA. I am doing everything I love in my free time (creating stained glass lamps, making art pieces, renovations on my home, and reading all the books that I want to) and will be volunteering for special events like the Burtonsville Festival that we threw in 2019 and are planning to do so again. I love planning and organizing as well. in addition, I love to stay in touch through Linked in to connect my former students with each other for positions and interests.
