Respond to incoming calls from PMSI top five carriers. Communicating on a daily basis with Case Managers, Adjusters and Physicians directly to provide to claimant/patient their up-to-the minute needs for Medical Equipment, Medical Supplies, TENS and Pharmaceutical. Intake referrals to include arranging with Case Managers, Adjusters or Discharge Coordinators the appropriate equipment and/or medical supplies that claimants need in their post-op care.Coordinate delivery of medical equipment in continental United States to claimant/patient through two national networks JHACO accredited providers. Set-up deliveries of this equipment after contractual agreements are met and appropriated nearest to the patient/claimant home.Order any Home Health Services required upon discharge, coordinated through the Social Services Department of local hospital, i.e., I.V Therapy, Physical Therapy, Home Health Aides.Complete all paperwork and forward for disposition and follow-up.Complete all data order entry into system as well as purchase order documentation of all transactions regarding the patient/claimant care.Set-up through networking any evaluations for specialty equipment such as custom wheelchairs, ramps, scooters. Patient lifts and customized paraplegic, quadriplegic and closed head injury durable medical equipment.
