Debra has over 30 years’ experience as an Executive Consultant and Leadership Development Coach. During that time she has worked with Fortune 500 companies in Tulsa, Oklahoma as an expert in Coaching, Outplacement and Transitions. She has worked developing programs and developing leaders at both not for profits and for profit organizations.Debra partners with Career Development Partners, Inc., a Career Partners International Firm, as an Executive Consultant. She coaches participants in resume development, interview techniques and salary negotiations. She is a Certified Career Partners International Outplacement Coach.Debra’s career began as a recruiter. In 1983 she joined Olsten Staffing as a Branch Manager. Later she was promoted to V.P. of the Midwest Region. She traveled 8 states while overseeing the agencies. Debra has been an avid reader all her life, loves to travel and can always be found by a sandy beach or spending time with Birdie every available opportunity.
