About Debra Ball

I have over 15 years of customer service experience as well as over 8 years of sales experience. Both of these backgrounds have allowed me to increase my interpersonal skills as well as my communication skills in a corporate setting. I have had over 5 years in B2B Sales and over 2 years of experience in B2C sales. I started my career working for online merchants before moving to the manufacturing sales industry where I primarily managed outside sales for my region.This industry has taught me the art of cold calling and emailing, scheduling meetings with C- level executives and sales account managers/directors. I won over a million dollars in sales in a matter of 6 + months. I increased business while decreasing company expenses. I also trained/ mentored other employees as referred to me. I specialized in achieving new business as well as closing/ Upselling and negotiating contracts.I am currently taking a course through course careers developing myself in the SPIN method and basic knowledge for an SDR. I am looking to transition to the tech sales arena where I could become an account manager and put my training and experience to good use.
