Customer ServiceWhen questions and concerns arise, the dance studio administrative supervisor may be called on to handle them. I often acted as the liaison between the owner and dance teachers regarding some problems. Because some of the issues brought to the administrative supervisor's attention may be personal, it was important that I was is able to handle problems while practicing confidentiality. I I returned phone calls, held meetings with customers, or dealt with general inquiries. Lastly, to ensure the satisfaction of all patrons of the dance studio.

I was the Director and State Juvenile Tracker. I arranged hours of community service to be completed by adults and juveniles in the criminal court system. This included, billing, court filing, supervision of work sites, personal training, and keeping all records for the courts pertaining to offenders.
