I assist agents with their transactions from the signed Listing Agreement/Contract through to closing. I also, train new Transaction Managers and assist in the training of new agents. I have assisted with developing manuals and procedures for the brokerage house.

I was Brandy Finnessey's Assistant and worked behind the scenes in helping her to meet deadlines, tracking paperwork, assisting in creating new marketing tools, assisting with research and inputting of her database. My duties or responsibilities were not limited to these items. Since Brandy is one of Austin's high volume agents, it often was jumping in and helping with events, brainstorming with new ideas, etc. (whatever was needed at the time).

I worked in Internet Sales and on occasion, assisted with floor sales. I eventually moved back to the Finance Department and handled the warranties (on new cars), rebates and assisted with various other bookkeeping jobs. I assisted the Finance Managers with compliance and tracking, as needed. I handled supplies and get the department in order and running smoothly. I worked closely with the CFO in certain areas.
