In this position, I am responsible for supporting the Great Lakes Valley Region in strategic HR partnership. Worked with employees in home offices and on international assignments. Typical responsibilities include recruitment, training, providing HR support and education to management, and problem resolution. In addition, I was responsible for maintaining the on site Workers Compensation files for the State of Ohio and representing Jacobs at all BWC audits. Supervisor Employee Relations: In this position my emphasis was on employee support and problem resolution. Worked with all levels of management and outside vendors to provide employees with assistance is resolving problems, especially with benefits.Examples of projects in which I have participated include:Participated in review and testing of new HRIS system prior to conversion.HR Mapping Process - participated as contributor and reviewer in project to map HR processes for consistency throughout company.Member of the People Metrics committee - reviewed results of employee survey and recommended actions to upper management to address issues raised by survey.Member of review group for potential HRIS systems.Participated in two successful back to back OFCCP audits. Audits were conducted in two separate offices over a two week period.Participated in successful Bureau of Workers Compensation audits for Ohio.Employee Campaign Coordinator for United Way and Fine Arts Fund campaigns every year.

Worked in various positions with Fifth Third Bank including Automated Customer Service as liaison between the bank programming staff and its affiliate and correspondent banks. Five years in Human Resources with the Benefits and Compensation group working on compensation surveys, benefits administration and producing reports, requiring utilization of job code language to construct, for the HR group. Installment Loan Credit reviewing loan applications for the credit lenders.
