Assisted in the transition of entire operation of Commercial Spares business to; to train employees in commercial responsibilities and functions of JDEdwards (JDE) System.Customer Representative responsible in the handling of 16 regional airlines, including AOG's, quotes, booking orders and handling of problem/questions.Main point of contact in Department for domestic and international customer to provide quotes.
