I am a compassionate Progressive Change Coach who has a real passion in Holistic Health. My positive outlook and personal resilience has given me the desire to empower other's with the tools to tap into their own power, while giving them the ability to achieve the life they deserve. I support motivated individuals to remove the obstacles that hinder them from moving forward in their life. Through effective coaching I provide the below to my clients. • delivering highly engaging coaching sessions through listening and intuitively assisting my client to discover their own recourses that may lay deep within. Once these resources are tapped into and practiced confidence and self awareness becomes increasingly present. • providing clients access to their heart, intuition/gut and prime functions of the head, working to align these 3 brains, to rid programmed limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour. This will establish new and positive outcomes. • providing practical & immediate tools that can make the day to day challenges less overwhelming. • working with those who want to lead a more Purpose-Full Life. • In your coaching session I will be creative, adaptable, and flexible. • through partnering with my clients I will assist with discovering all possibilities that can bring them closer to the goals they are working towards whether its personal, career, or relationships goals. • personally I operate from the belief that being your authentic self is the only worthwhile pursuit.Guided Meditation is a very useful tool in assisting clients to access their deeper selves. Where requested and agreed by the client this modality will be used in a coaching session to elicit positive change and empowered outcomes.
