I write picture books to amuse and empower children after decades of writing psychological reports about them. I'm a retired school psychologist in the Ft. Lauderdale area (previously in Bermuda, NJ and NY). For my work with young children with self-regulation difficulties, I've delved deeply into yoga, mindfulness, and executive functions training. I've volunteered with Tomorrow's Rainbow (for bereaved children) and KindnessMatters365 (involving children in service projects). I thrive on various creative pursuits, such as writing, oil painting, and voice acting, and the wonderful connections I make through them. My picture books are as yet unpublished. As a psychologist, I co-authored a case study (Therapeutic Yoga-Based Curriculum for Treatment of Disruptive Behavior in Autism Spectrum Disorder), the S.T.O.P. and Relax curriculum and contributed a chapter to Stories of School Yoga.
