Responsible for all human resources functions at StoneBridge Maryland Heights for approximately 160 employees, which includes hiring, termination, benefits, payroll, orientation, unemployment, workers comp claims, and safety/OSHA reporting.

Responsible for inputting weekly payroll in ADP for 27 buildings based in New York• Enter new hires, direct deposits, tax changes, salary increases and terminations in ADP• Respond to audits from outside agencies and the unions for payroll information• In charge of processing monthly union invoicing for dues, 401k, benefits, PAC and ADF.

Responsible for the administration of the Absentee Control Program for the St. Louis Brewery.• Serve as the St. Louis Brewery Benefits administrator and liaison – responsible for OpenEnrollment, new hire enrollment, composition of benefits “e-blasts” to educate workforce ontheir benefits .• Responsible for FMLA reporting and administration for the St. Louis Brewery.• Responsible for final payroll approval and reporting for approximately 900 employees eachweek.
