Responsible for the administration of the Absentee Control Program for the St. Louis Brewery.• Serve as the St. Louis Brewery Benefits administrator and liaison – responsible for OpenEnrollment, new hire enrollment, composition of benefits “e-blasts” to educate workforce ontheir benefits .• Responsible for FMLA reporting and administration for the St. Louis Brewery.• Responsible for final payroll approval and reporting for approximately 900 employees eachweek.
