After completing Articles of Clerkship in 1984, I was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victorian on 3 April 1984. During my articles and the first ten years of practice I was employed by Remington & Co in which she provided a variety of legal services, particularly in the area of Litigation, Family Law, Minor Criminal Offences, Wills, Probate, Estate matters and buying or selling small business.After then juggling children and the rigours of a small private practice from home, locum relief legal work for various local practices in the eastern suburbs and working as a volunteer for Legal Aid in 1985, I then began working on a part time basis for Davis Lawyers in 2005.Since this time I have gained Accredited Specialisation in the area of Wills and Estates, being one of less than 90 in the state, and have built a solid practice in this area. With an in depth understanding of the relevant legal issues in complex estate planning matters for clients of every income range, I can advise on many and varied structures including SMSF's, family and unit trusts, companies, partnerships and joint ventures.Member of the Law Institute of VictoriaMember of STEP
