She trained with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in 2001, then a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF in 2006. She has also earned a BBA in Finance and M.Ed. in Organizational Performance and Change.
