 Responsible for the technology, systems, resources, operations, and long-term strategy for content management and distribution systems and solutions for Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) to ensure maximization of revenue across all media formats. Created the Client Avails Solution (CAS) for WBHE through Salesforce in collaboration with the Global Product Planning and Technology teams to capture and track content rights, availability and release plans; streamlined and automated the entire process to deliver mission critical content rights and availability information to sales and marketing teams. Engaged as a subject matter expert to create the Enterprise Rights database in SAP IPM which tracks the worldwide content rights for all Warner Bros. controlled titles. Designed a content acquisitions database through Salesforce, in collaboration with other stakeholders and Technology teams to enable metric tracking of acquired content libraries. Conceived, designed, and developed the WBHE Legal Calendar database in Microsoft SharePoint to capture, track and notify users of certain time-sensitive data for acquired content libraries, including when payments are due, expiring UCC’s, insurance certificate renewals, enhanced content (EC) approvals, etc.  Collaborated with local sales teams, the WB International TV team, and the Technology team to develop a content windowing strategy and corresponding EST and VOD availability business rules for content rights. Advised all levels of management and global sales teams with respect to content rights for all WBHE products; and tracked expirations, extensions, and notification for all such content rights to all Warner Bros. departments. Oversaw retirement and conversion of data from previous WBHE rights database, acquisitions database, and legal calendar.
