Team and outcome focused executive with 20+ years diverse financial services/insurance experience including leading financial planning and analytics; insurance product P&L, operations and product development; corporate, insurance and investment finance; enterprise underwriting and pricing, risk-based stress testing; and Rating Agency processes. Currently serves as SVP and Personal Lines General Manager for the USAA Property & Casualty Insurance Group (P&C). In this role, she is responsible for growth, product development and relevancy, competitive position, and financial performance of personal lines auto, home, renters, valuable personal property, and umbrella products with underwriting and international teams rounding out her remit. Prior to this role, Debra served as Property GM as well as Senior Financial Officer for USAA P&C where she transformed and led a team of professionals responsible for financial performance, forecasting, reporting and analysis to support the P&C President, USAA's CFO, and the P&C leadership team. Debra has years of proven results transforming teams, developing leaders, empowering and delivering innovation, and creating a results driven culture.
