I was working as a Family Law Paralegal At Ryan's Law Office. But due to circumstances beyond his control, Ryan was forced to close his office and has moved on to practice law in another state.

I worked for this firm as a part-time Legal Assistant for Jim Grantland. He specialized in developing and maintaining corporations and LLC's, prepared real estate contracts, i.e., Land Sales Contracts (Contract of Sale Agreements) and Easement Agreements and he also specialized in Estate Planning, preparation of Wills, Advance Directives and Probate law.

Taught courses for Legal Transcription, Legal Terminology, Psychology, Microsoft Word and Business Communications. Also performed duties of the Externship Coordinator and found temporary jobs for students practicum. And last but not least, I was also the Legal Program Director for Abdill Career College.

Covered the front desk for two hours in the morning and greeted clients and answered phone. Attended Court hearings with Mr. Bandonis in the afternoons, interviewed witnesses for trial and prepared legal documents, i.e., Subpoenas, etc.
