Though we sell & service award-winning printers, copiers, fax units, multifunctional systems, mailing equipment, large format devices, and a full line of document management solutions, we also offer a depth of experience and expertise that separates us from our competitors. As pioneers of the mega-dealer imaging industry, DEX’ founders have fine-tuned a business plan for DEX that gives customers all of the advantages of a large dealer network, but with the hands-on service that customers typically only experience with a small, local vendor. DEX imaging was founded in 2002 with these two main objectives in mind: 1) to create a privately-held dealership that focuses solely on quality service (without the conflicting objectives that publicly-held imaging companies face); 2) to give back to the community by donating one third of the company’s profits to charities and educational programs within the markets where DEX does business.
