During my tenure with Pheast Food Group, I led the charge in the orientation and training for three restaurant openings, and I developed and implemented training programs and materials for two new restaurant concepts and one existing restaurant concept. I also brought the managers and employees in all Pheast restaurants up to compliance standards with Food and Allergen Safety training, and Responsible Alcohol Service training. I wrote SOPs for all restaurants in Ops, Culinary, and Training, and I wrote Job descriptions for all Pheast restaurant positions. I worked with IT to design and develop a Pheast Intranet, and I spearheaded its rollout and implementation. I worked with Shopper company to oversee our company program, and I conducted regular training visits and audits to all units.

During my six months with Not Your Average Joe's I supported and participated in two new restaurant openings. I helped develop and implement a meaningful Certified Trainer program and materials. I worked with HR to hire, on-board, train, orientate, and mentor all new managers in the FOH and HOH. I worked with Operations, Marketing, and Culinary to support new menus, programs and initiatives through training. I created and rolled out a weekly meeting planner and accompanying training materials for the FOH that I am still contributing to, as an independent contractor for NYAJ's. I also taught and certified managers in Food Safety, and servers and bartenders in Responsible Alcohol Service, on a national level for NYAJ's.
