National Accounts Manager
CurrentProgressed internally based on outstanding performance and contributions. Oversee the coordination and execution of maintenance/service calls for client base of 90+ accounts. Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors to facilitate the end-to-end service project, ensuring overall client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of project tasks. Manage all aspects of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repair service projects on a national scale. Hired, trained, developed and continue to lead a team of 5; conduct regular performance evaluations to identify issues and ensure optimal quality and productivity for all team members. Maintain a vendor network of ~1,500+ subcontractors on a national scale to ensure all client projects are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. Receive and review inbound work orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare project estimate and plan; dispatch work orders to approved subcontractors in client’s regional area. Contribute to financial aspects of projects, including generating P&L reports, coordinating estimates, billing clients and forecasting revenues; projected revenue currently at $12M per year. Utilize SAMPro ERP system to track and document the full project process, providing regular updates as required.
