Served as Administrator for the institution’s quality and infection control program from 2015-2016. Also, served as Medical Operations Chief, for the organization’s Healthcare Incident Command System from 2007-2016. Had the opportunity to plan for a move to a new hospital facility in 2008 and relocated patients from the old hospital to the new hospital on the Mayo campus, a distance of 10 miles. At the Mayo Clinic enterprise level, was a part of the Nursing Executive Committee (7 CNO’s) responsible for integrating the nursing departments across the five states with Mayo Clinic facilities and participated in consulting for the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
