Assists in the operations of the library. Provides technical clerical library support, data entry, organize work areas, file updated law resources, as well as, answer calls & patron questions.

Oversee Monday night chapels, coordinate speakers, manage team dynamics, cast vision, align a team of 52 student volunteers and 5 interns, participate as guest speakers three times a semester. Budget funds for dinner and various events. Keep track of shared documents, calendars, and Planning Center. Coordinate and host outside partners for events, meetings, and gatherings.

Assist, serve, & support the Registrar's office to ensure accuracy, consistency, & great service to our students while upholding the highest standard of confidentiality (FERPA). Aides the Registrar staff with processing graduation applications, transcripts, degree audits, data entry, diploma mailing packages, answering calls, sending emails, & preparing spreadsheets.

Assists in the operations of the library & Learning Commons. Provides a wide variety of technical clerical library support primarily for circulation services using the full range of technologies available. Data entry, book research, answering calls & patron questions, organizing work areas, processing materials provided by the library, and various campus knowledge.

Reported to Area Manager, fully responsible to supervise, maintain, and support local Chevron/Power Market. Facilitated training, managed 11-15 employees to provide proper customer service, inventory control, food services and cash management. Improved systems e.g. SOP, policies, and created an efficient workflow. Participated in a leadership training course in preparation for advancement at a corporate level.
